Urgent Request from Congresswoman Lesko The Paycheck Protection Program has run out of funding. Congresswoman Lesko is supportive of increased funding to the PPP to help businesses. Arizona is an Open Range State. We have laws on the books, 9 total, giving livestock the right of way in particular areas. When people and livestock reside on the same land, and that land is Open Range Land, livestock have rights superior to people and people have responsibilities to the livestock and the livestock owner.
