About this Event
A Buyer Consultation is the first step to establishing rapport with a potential client. However, it is vital to inform the public (client) about the duties that the licensee will perform, the Buyer Advisory, and how to protect themselves through the Due Diligence period best afforded them in the Purchase Contract. It is also important that the public understand that the Buyer-Broker Agreement is the employment contract, how their real estate agent gets paid and by whom, and agency is how the licensee provides representation. Lastly, it sets the stage for the client to understand better what to expect during the buying process, including what services the licensee will provide, sample forms used during the transaction, and the expectations of each party.
